TheTaxSmith Posted February 7, 2022 Report Share Posted February 7, 2022 It appears that Ufile does not offer T3 filing software. The T3 is a separate tax return from the T1. That said you should look into the additional returns you can file for a deceased person such as the Rights and Things Return. That will allow you to split the deceased's income up using an additional return and claim additional personal deductions. OAS and other such payments received after death but for the month of death can go on the Rights and Things Return and effectively wipe out any tax on that one month's income.
