CST Posted March 13, 2022 Report Share Posted March 13, 2022 I have just completed my UFile return for 2021. I have used this service since 2012. When I go to pay for the service (before I can print anything) it will not allow me to enter my credit card information. It simply comes up that my credit card has been declined, but I have not entered any information other than my name address and phone number. Has anyone else had problems with their payment page and is there a way around it. I have contacted UFile but I have not heard back from them as of yet,. Please advise. I called the support number and solution was to use a different browser (e.g. I have iPad with Google Crome and kept having same problem, Support agent suggested I try it on my cell phone, and it worked using Safari.
