Dee Tee Posted March 11, 2023 Report Share Posted March 11, 2023 The federal summary is not calculating properly the rental income and expense I've entered on form T776. My spouse and I are co-owners (50% each). The percentage calculation is correct but the net amount for each of us is not. The net rental amount showing in the federal summary is much higher.
