Alex H Posted April 27 Report Share Posted April 27 I am a customer of Ufile of many years, this year I forgot my password. I have followed the directions and steps online to have the password reset process sent to my email address, but I have not received anything in my email. I've checked my junk and all other folders, and have sent the password recovery 5+ times. I've also sent several requests for technical support (please just have the password recovery sent to my email!) but have not received any support. Can someone at the Ufile team please help me?
