cliang
Hi, I have self employment income in past a few years(there was T4A for some years, but for 2022, since only around $100, so no T4A) and I reported in tax return . But for whole 2023, I didn't have any income as self employment, so should I still fill the form to report? I was trying to report it $0 as gross income but UFile does not allowed to file tax return unless I at least add $1 as income. Can I just simply not report this for 2023? Thanks,
Geo123
Hello cliang, It's a good idea to file the tax return even if you have no income. eg. for GST credits. Do not enter $0.00 as gross income.
cliang
Thank for reply, Geo123. Sorry, my bad. I have regular job which I received T4. Just for my self-employment income for 2023, I have $0. Thanks again,

Geo123
Hello cliang, Do not report T2125 for 2023 if $0 income and $0 expenses.
