RPB1952 Posted April 20, 2016 Report Share Posted April 20, 2016 While attempting to efile a client's return the transmission resulted in the following error message "The underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error occurred on a receive." I contacted the CRA but the problem does not originate at their end. They suggested that it's most likely a software problem since my internet connection is fine. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
