mike1970 Posted March 2, 2019 Report Posted March 2, 2019 I have tried to Net file and I continue to get this error message: The information sent to the Canada Revenue Agency doesn't match the information currently on record. If you still get this error after your second attempt, please call the Canada Revenue Agency's Individual income tax and trust enquiries line at 1-800-959-8281 for further details. Note: Your account will be locked after five unsuccessful attempts. None of my family's personal information has changed so I don't know why i am getting this message. My wife's return was successfully filed but mine gets rejected. Any ideas or suggestions? Mike
