This year, when I try to install PRO on my computer, even though it is being installed under a different administrator login, it wants to uninstall CVITP version. I have run both versions for several years and don't know why I am having this problem now. I have repeatedly emailed UFile per their instructions and I only get electronic responses with links to topics that don't help me at all. I have been doing this now for over a week and am so frustrated with the poor customer service and lack of being able to connect with someone who can help me, I am ready to quit using the PRO version.
