Jim McDonagh Posted February 23, 2021 Report Share Posted February 23, 2021 I net filed my tax yesterday it was accepted and I have a confirmation number, I tried net filing my wife’s return it was rejected and locked out. Jim McDonagh Posted February 24, 2021 Report Share Posted February 24, 2021 Definitely a CRA thing, finally got through to them make sure you are talking to someone with E - service knowledge- they reset locked out portion - I resent it and got conformation number. Helenp Posted April 30, 2021 Report Share Posted April 30, 2021 My tax return was accepted no problem it my husbands was rejected I went back and entered the access code and tried to resubmit but then got a notification the account was locked help! The rejection message says "If you have a middle name, please enter it, as the CRA requires it when processing a first-time filer."
