Jamie S Posted May 1, 2021 Report Share Posted May 1, 2021 I'm preparing my late father's tax return and separate from and in addition to the Final T1 I need to do a section 70(2) T1 Return for Rights & Things. I see reference to it in the Final T1, where it is asked if one was produced, but I don't see where it can be indicated that the tax return being produced is one. Can it be done in Ufile Pro? Curmudgeon Posted May 2, 2021 Report Share Posted May 2, 2021 The link says prepare another return for the deceased, although this time including only rights and things, and Write "70(2)" in the top right corner of page 1 of the return.
