Two returns created and counted but nowhere to be found

I had to create a new return for 2020 but messed up the date of birth. So I needed to enter the correct date of birth. Both returns were counted on the counter. However, I can't access now to netfile.  I can't find either file on my computer. 

Ufile support has been terrible. I don't think these should count as returns as they're not accessible. Please respond to my many email requests for support! I have been.a customer for 10 years and would appreciate a response.

When you first load UFile, do you not see the files you can open in the dialog box? UFile knows which folder you saved the *.u20 files and they would  show in the dropdown dialog box.
