KimG Posted January 27, 2022 Report Share Posted January 27, 2022 Dear Ufile , I'm looking for resolution of my request to convert 20 of the 25 2020 PRO Ufile returns into 2021 Ufile returns. This is in follow-up to my refund request made in spring 2021 that resulted in your Ufile Team indicating that in lieu of this a conversion could be arranged for unused 2020 PRO returns in 2021 PRO returns. Pls. refer to #UB3219322 for details. I can forward the response to this request if necessary. Look forward to having the new 2021 PRO activation codes issued as soon as possible so i'm ready to hit the run once 2021 tax filing season opens up next month (i.e. Feb. 2022). Denis K Posted March 2, 2022 Report Share Posted March 2, 2022 Hi, In order to carry forward your 2014 tax return prepared with UFile for Windows 2020 to UFile for Windows 202021, please follow these steps: 1. Run UFile 2021 and click on "Carry forward a 2020 tax file". 2. Under "Select the type of file to import", check "2020 UFile or ImpôtExpert tax file (.U20)". 3. Click the "Browse" button and browse to your *.u20 file. 4. Click "Open" after you locate the file. 5. Click "Continue". 6. Click "OK".
