When I logged in early yesterday my file showed as paid but when I went back later in the day to enter more information I am being asked for payment. This must be a glitch with UFile. tanglefoot Posted March 3, 2022 Report Share Posted March 3, 2022 I bought ufile on-line with a 15% promo on Feb 02. Now I am told that what I bought was for the head of the household only. I am told to pay again to file for my spouse and/or dependants! This was definitely not disclosed when I made my purchase. No choice but to pay again!
