Registering the software

My installation will not register by internet -- tries umpteen times. Big pain in the derriere.

 

What is your mailing address? Or better, can I send an e-mail version of the registration form filled out -- maybe as an attachment?

Same for me, just installed and would not register online, some error message saying something "a problem occurred when transmitting your data...". the big question is do i still get the software updates or i must register it to get the updates (like i seem to recall reading someplace)/

Same problem when I try to register my UFile 2022. Pop up dialogue" "A problem occurred while transmitting your registration via the Internet. Please try again later."

I too would like to email a screen grab of my Registration information, but where?

When I tried to use the Support form, that gave me "Server Error" and this message:

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Doesn't engender a lot of confidence in the software.

Please verify your firewall or anti-virus, we just verified on our side, and you should have no issues.
