I continually get the message: "Error occurred while executing command definition", and I have no idea how to trouble-shoot this. Thanks. Clarence Posted August 3, 2022 Report Share Posted August 3, 2022 I am also having a problem downloading Ufile 2021 on my new computer. When I sign in with my account and try downloading the program I get a message indicating that my account is locked and I can try again in 14 minutes. If you are getting the message your account is locked then you are trying to access UFile ONLINE (requires an account) and not download UFile Windows. Please see previous.
