Can't open files on UFile Online: 2021, 2020, 2019 etc... and can't contact support

When I try to access any of my tax years I am redirected to a page that says "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request." 2021 and 2020 are most crucial to me but this seems to happen for every year.

In addition, when I try to email support I get the following response:

Your message couldn't be delivered to ufilewebkb@support.drtax.ca because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information.

The technical information contains my email address so I won't paste it here but needless to say it seems like some crucial systems are failing? Any timeline for this getting fixed? This is a bit of a headache especially given the convoluted email support system (fill a form, wait for an autoresponse, reply to the autoresponse...)

Hello Wrench,

To access previous years, after logging in from the main landing page : 

Tax years list :
[2022] [Launch]  < - - - - -select “Launch”

|\/|Load previous tax years < - - - - -To display all tax years in the file

If still not visible please check if you have another username.
