Kate98 Posted December 9, 2022 Report Share Posted December 9, 2022 I have called Ufile 3 times now, been instructed to complete a support request form (done - several times now) and cannot get any straight answers from anyone. I get people who clearly have no support skills and who simply say "there must be something wrong with our system - call back". Are there any legitimate support professionals available?
