PREVIOUS YEAR TAX FILE IS MISSING- I did not delete- how do I retrieve

I'm preparing 2022 tax file and wanted to carry forward 2021 tax info.  The file is not there.  I have a number of years history but not that year.  I didn't delete the file.

How do I retrieve it from UFILE server?
