how to populate section 8 for CPPD payments for self-employed

This is my first year using Ufile to claim taxes with two small, part time, self employment businessess. I searched the forum and found that there should be a section 8 that automatically populates, but I do not see it when I use Ufile and I do not see how to add this section. Help please!

I don't know if more info is needed - my total income from both businesses is under 5,000 but over the minimum for CPPD payments. I haven't any expenses this year and I don't claim any other deductions so all I have filled out is my income

Hello LindsayTheotherone,

The Schedule 8- CPP contributions on self-employment income is automatically calculated by the program, when the T2125(s) is completed, and should appear on Line 22200.  Note the basic exemption (minimum) is $3,500.00 from Your net income on Line 9946 of your T2125.

If this is not the case

Please contact UFile Support so we may review the file confidentially.
For telephone support, please call: 514-733-8414 or 1-888-633-8414
An agent can review the issue with you.
If you prefer, you can also open a request ticket on-line https://www.ufile.ca/contact/contact-us

Thank you! I figured it out - I read from someone who posted about this a previous year that the section 8 pops up in the left toolbar. It didn't do that for me this year, but when everything was filled out for myself and my partner and I could look at the "review" section then I did see line 22200. (just explaining it here in case someone sees this post in a search).
