Error appears after completing Dependant's infirmity and disability's form

I have experienced an error upon completion of the Dependant's infirmity and disability form - stating that "A required field was left blank and pointing it back to the form.

But the form was filled in and have no "blank" field. Is this a bug? Or is there an associated section I need to fill out? If so, it is not indicated.

Hello ubtheone,

Remove "If you selected to claim only a portion, enter the percentage to claim" - it is redundant.  If the issue still persists please contact UFile Support so we may review the file confidentially.
For telephone support, please call: 514-733-8414 or 1-888-633-8414
An agent can review the issue with you.
If you prefer, you can also open a request ticket and submit an anonymous file for review on-line at https://www.ufile.ca/contact/contact-us

I am having the same issue (as is another user who asked a similar question in April), regardless of how I fill out the form. I have filled in the percentages, deleted them, deleted the whole form and redone it, and nothing seems to work. It's particularly odd because it DID work until I made a small change on that form that turned out to be an error, and when I fixed it I started getting this error.

Update that my issue appears to have been solved by re-doing this form and NOT filling in the "special rules when claiming to disability amount and attendant care as medical expenses" section. I initially completed this as "Let MaxBack decide", but this seems to have caused the issue.
