One of my employers' names is too long

I imported my T4s, but one of my employers' names is throwing a warning:

"The length of '[my employer's name]' should not be greater than '40' characters"

The name is 45 characters long. Is there a convention for how to truncate this? Do I:

• Drop the last 5? (_INC.)
• Abbreviate SASKATCHEWAN to SK?
• Cut out the 6 spaces?
• Something else?

Any of the above truncations of the Employer name will work.
