Geo123 Posted March 4, 2023 Report Share Posted March 4, 2023 Hello TNorth, We usually recommend that you do not install the CVITP (Registration Key CV---) program along with UFILE PRO (Registration Key PRO---) on the same computer. UFile PRO is locked in the pc system registry You may be able to create a different user as an administrator and try to use the programs separately. To create a new user account, please refer to the link below: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/13951/windows-create-user-account Also try a different computer and do not install UFIle PRO only CVITP. Dan28 Posted March 23 Report Share Posted March 23 I had issues trying to use both UFile on line and UFile-CVITP. Eventually had to create a new account on the laptop and install the UFile-CVITP on that 2nd account. works fine now. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
