How do you tell if the amount in box 16 if from a Registered Pension or not?? It really changes the out come of the return. Any help or input is very welcome and THANKS!! ToddMck Posted April 23 Report Share Posted April 23 I'm not an expert but on our T4A slip there are two boxes for information only that have Recipient Number (Box 16) and Plan Registration Number (Box 36).
