I am trying to pay for my tax return with Ufile online but when I get to the screen to enter my credit card information and click on "submit", it keeps saying that my credit card has been declined. I used the same card a few moments ago to buy Ufile 12 for Windows and it worked so the issue must be the online payment portal. I also tried using Firefox instead of Google chrome and I have the same issue. Please let me know how to fix this when you have time. Thank you so much! Quote
