Tried to do a password reset and I still have not received the email to complete this. Also tried contacting support and have not received that email either. What do I do now? Craig Brown Posted March 19, 2023 Report Share Posted March 19, 2023 I'm having the same issue - it seems that I was able to get a password reset email back on the 16th of March - but now it does not seem to be able to send me an email.
