Ineligible for netfile

[SLU 1971]

One of 4 of our returns isn’t able to be submitted with Netfile. Error message says - the original tax return was not filed online* I’m at a loss. It’s for our son whose return isn’t that complicated.  I had to enable the ReFile mode and now I don’t know what to do.

Hello SLU 1971

You cannot undo refile once you selected it.   If you try and ReFile it may be rejected as there is no original NetFile.  You may have to mail it.
