schedule on(s11) not generated in ufile

I'm making the tax return for my family, and my daughter has tuition fee which need to transfer to me. I noticed that the ufile only generated schedule 11 which is for Federal tax, but not schedule on(s11), there isn't unused tuition amount or tuition transfer for the provincial tax in the tax return. I wonder why and how to fix it? Thanks.

ON(S11) - Tuition, education
Ontario's 2016 Budget announced that the ON tuition and education tax credits would be discontinued.

IF you have carry forwards from prior years they should appear on the ON (S11) :

Enter your unused Ontario tuition and education amounts from your 2021 notice of assessment
