CRA Result code 15 As per CRA you can't NetFile your return: There are certain types of tax returns that can’t be sent to the Canada Revenue Agency

The CRA has locked your account due to too many failed attempts to NetFile (5xTimes maximum). You should contact the CRA to **unlock the account ie specifically the transmission to Netfile ** and then wait at least 12 hours to NetFile.  
Please note there is a difference between CRA myaccount and the CRA Netfiling account and not all CRA agents are aware of this.

I got error code 16. Somehow my spouses return was netfiled *not by me). When I tried to submit her return, it was rejected .....however I immediately received an email from CRA confirming both our successful submissions. UFILE needs to address this is as it is mentioned in several posts over the past 3 years .

I already paid for the previous file where I got my federal filing rejected, do I need to pay again for the new one I'll create?

I already corrected the problem, can I submit it from the same ufile tab instead of creating a new one?
