Michael Kerwin Posted March 24, 2023 Report Share Posted March 24, 2023 I can no longer access ufile ca on any device when using my Eyesurf (Rogers cable modem) internet, however if I use mobile hotspot from my Telus phone it works and every other website works either way Please advise if there is a port or firewall setting I need to add to the eyesurf (Rogers) cable modem or Vilo brand eyesurf Wifi router to access ufile.ca Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

IF the issue persists please contact us as there might be an issue with your ISP - Rogers, given that you can run off hotspot with Telus.
