T4A - Box 018 Lump-sum dropdown selection?

Hi, I'm trying to fill out the T4A form but I don't know which dropdown to select for Box 018 Lump-sum payments. 

Background, I had left a company and they had a small amount left over from the pension (less than $10) so they said they will just issue a cheque; at least that's what I can remember.

Which dropdown should I select? There are so many?  Thanks

From what you write it looks like Box 108 or Box 190. Was the pension a RRP?

A few questions:

Did they actually issue a cheque?

If yes then go to your CRA account and see if they reported it.

If not then you have no income to report for this amount less than $10.
