Completed Return will not load

When I get to part 4 to print my completed return it will not load and I get a message that " Oops something went wrong".  The return will not load so I am unable to print it or save it to PDF.  Since I do returns for elderly people I need to be able to print them a copy.  Any ideas?

I have the same problem, unable to print and unable to save to PDF file.  I just rebooted my computer and it solved the problem without uninstall & reinstall the UFile software.
