On the Declaration of Conditions for Employment Form - question 7, the employer has allowed the employee to claim for Transit.

Is a deduction for transit allowed?

I verified the CRA site and could not find a specific reference  under Travelling expenses to Transit Costs :

You should check with the CRA.
