isolating generic error message: both fields must be filled click here to fix

I am stymied with the error message: " both fields must be filled" and the hyperlink "Click here to fix". When  I click the hyperlink the browser returns to T4A form for pensions but does not indicate which field needs to filled. I have dutifully added the info from the T4A form stating the income from the pension but there is no other info on this form I can add. Please help.
