Quebec SBD - non-eligible dividends when taxed as a large corporation?

Hello Alvaro,

Please check with an accountant.

FYI For the CO-17 Small business deduction SBD to apply in Quebec, the user needs to enter the number of hours paid for employees in the Quebec jurisdiction page. The tax rates are calculated in Part 9 of the CO-771. Should be at least 5,500 hours (5,000 in 2020) hours to take effect

Thank you Geo123!

I know that part of the SBD and the 5,500 hours

Since we paid the full amount of tax and there is no deduction because we don't have employees (just as a large business). When we take out those dividends from the corporation are still consider small business dividends (non eligible) for our personal tax returns?
