Rchua00 Posted April 21, 2023 Report Share Posted April 21, 2023 I download the file using the link provided on the Ufile 4 receipt. However, the downloaded file does not install properly. I had the same problem installing last year's Ufile download. I can't recall whether there is another link or file to download the Ufile in order to load properly. Pls. assist. Thanks. EStephen Posted April 21, 2023 Report Share Posted April 21, 2023 Hi Rchua. I had a snag like that as well. I blamed a flaw in the UFile software but in the end it tracked down to my recent change in virus protection. The new virus program has a 'white-list' (both system wide and locally). Once I got the executable file listed with my local list, the problem was gone. They did list it system wide and warned that next year it might repeat.
