Derelict Dave Posted April 24, 2023 Report Share Posted April 24, 2023 I am able to install Ufile no problem. When I run it, it will ask to update which is fine. When I go to use the program whether I try to import from last year or do a new return, it goes unresponsive. When I maximize the screen there is a box with either a Cancel button or OK and Cancel buttons. No message. Just OK and/or Cancel. I have to click it (either OK or Cancel) multiple times to clear the box and then the program exits. I am using Win11. I have tried to run as Admin and in Win 8 compatibility mode. Nothing works. Please contact UFile Support so we may review the file confidentially. Please open a request ticket and submit an anonymous file for review on-line at https://www.ufile.ca/contact/contact-us The file should be the 2021 file. SSDR Posted April 25, 2023 Report Share Posted April 25, 2023 I were able to import information from 2021 in febuary. Now it's like dialog box that get information from outside the software are blocked. Features like : open Save as Get file form previous year can you advise?
