Please review the following reasons, and make corrections when possible. If an (*) appears at the end of an explanation below, it denotes a NETFILE exclusion (i.e. the return cannot be transmitted). You must enter a valid home telephone number. Click here to fix Include the area code, and ensure that you only entered numbers and not letters. Geo123 Posted April 25, 2023 Report Share Posted April 25, 2023 Hello LindaW, If you are getting a reject from Revenu Québec regarding an invalid telephone number, please follow the steps below: Go to your spouse's "Interview" section. On the "Spouse Identification" page, answer "Yes but different phone number" to the question “Do you have the same address as your spouse?” Click "Next" at the bottom of the page.
