Site not accepting SIN number

Hello,

I have gone through everything but when I hit review the system is indicating that there's an error with my SIN. I'm getting the error "The value for this field is not a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)."

But 100% the number is correct. I don't know what to do, is there an issue with the site?

Hello Krista72,

Delete the SIN entry completely in the field.  Click on next (to save the file).  Click on previous and reenter the SIN.
