Cannot file with netfile, “ error” did not include SIN of person who received child care expenses

I have an error that prevents me fron using Netfile, it says “ You entered chil care expenses without including the valid SIN of the person who received the payments”

How do i correct this? I did enter everyone’s SIN

Amount paid to the babysitter for this child for federal tax purposes
FOR REST OF CANADA ; 
Name of the babysitter
 Address of the babysitter
 Social insurance number of the babysitter < - - -HERE

FOR QUEBEC : Child care expenses paid for this child for Quebec tax purposes (RL-24 or receipt)E
 Name of the babysitter
 Address of the babysitter
 Social insurance number of the babysitter   < - - -HERE
