Language packs use different character coding which the software and the CRA do not recognize. You must change the language of you PC to English (Canada). Depending on your operating system, please follow the instructions: Windows 8, 8.1, 10 Please click on 'Start", then on "Control Panel" and choose "Time & language". Choose "English (Canada)" as current language for non-Unicode programs. VERY IMPORTANT! If you operating system is Windows 10, be sure that the box "BETA - Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" is unticked. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
