Otherwise everybody is just sitting here waiting and getting more frustrated. Maybe you could also provide some information as to cause of the outage and what Ufile plans to do for its customers for leaving them in the dark hours before filing deadline. I has been more than 24 with since ufile online has been painfully slow. Just spin up more pods on you Kubernetes cluster!
