I paid Personal filing and it's asking me to pay again, tried calling for help and held 4 hours no answer

I bought the personal one, it supposed to include 2 dependent too but it's asking me to pay for the dependent when I'm trying to file. How to correct this issue ?

Hello BB_DD,

If you purchased the Family Head Promo. It is good for one tax return and two dependants, not a Spouse. The Spouse tax return is $14.00 extra.
Please note that the Spouse is not considered a Dependant.

Second family member entered in UFile (spouse):

    $14.00 plus applicable provincial tax and GST

Additional family members (dependants)*:
