Asking for UFile Payment but already paid

I already paid for my tax return in March using a Perkopolis promo code but now I am being asked to pay again in order to file my return. The UFile helpdesk has been ignoring me for the last 3 weeks with my follow up attempts to the UFile helpdesk email account. How do I get someone to reply to me and fix this payment issue?

I am a single tax payer with no spouse/dependents so there is no issue with a promo only being eligible for one tax payer etc.
