Ufile .u22 files created by Windows 10 can't be opened by my new computer Windows 11

Hello, I recently replaced my laptop. I found the .u22 files which were created by Ufile 2022 of my old laptop (Win 10) can't be opened by Ufile 2022 installed in my new laptop (Win 11). The error message said - Exception of type "System.Exception" was thrown. What is the error? How can I open these .u22 files? Please help. Thanks.Cynthia

The issue is likley not due to migrating from Win 10 to Win 11, this has been tested.
