about download

i arleady had a uflie 2022 and reported it . can I buy ufile from bestbuy ?  Will it replace ufile2022?

I paid for "Ufile 2023 for 4" 10-DEC and was informed APP (or program) would be ready to download mid-December, plus will receive e-mail notification.

As of today, I have received no notification and cannot find the download in the website.

Please inform when it will be available.
