How can I indicate if I opened one or more FHSA in YYYY

While I clicked to REVIEW, the system shows there was a warning which says Please Indicate If You Opened One or More FHSA in {YYYY}. Where should I click to remove this warning.

Hello Nobody Knows,

This is a mandatory warning / reminder as required by the CRA.  You can ignore it and proceed with the tax return.
