Employer paid training - months in school

Hello,

I know that if your employer pays for your education and it's not included in your income you can't claim the tuition amount.

However, what about the months in school? My training provider provided a T2202 that shows 8 part time months and $0 tuition. Can I claim the 8 months?

Thanks!

Hello Renec,

You have  $0 tuition, the # months tuition effects the Canada work Benefit.

You are not eligible for the CWB if any of the following applies: Are enrolled as a full-time student at a designated educational institution for more than 13 weeks in the year unless, on December 31, you have an eligible dependant.
