Error Code: T3H01141; question: where to enter the year immigrated

Error: "Since you are 65 or over and you did not enter an amount on line 114 (Old Age Security pension), you must enter the year in which you immigrated, or indicate that you received an attestation from Employment and Social Development Canada confirming that you did not receive the Old Age Security pension. I am filing for a senior in Quebec and he landed in 2014. Where can I enter his immigration date to resolve this issue?

In Interview go to >> T4A, T4FHSA, pension and retirement income
*Confirmation - You did not receive old age security pension “+”  < - - -SELECT  “+”
     >>Confirmation that no old age security pension (T4A(OAS)) was received in 2023?  [yes]

Thanks for your feedback. This section is also checked, but the Quebec submission still gives the above error. Please note that Federal submission was successful. Please advise how to add additional information requested in the error:
