Unable to locate that family member

I've used ufile for 3 years now, but this year, I am getting this error when trying to load this years tax info.  I was able to file for my brother, but mine just won't load.  Any ideas?

I have been seeing the same "unable to identify that family member" sign since Feb. 28, and I am trying to do tax just for myself (in fact, I am the only member of my household). Can you give us an estimation of when this issue will be fixed? Thank you.
