Where can I find T4 - Statement of Remuneration Paid (RL-1) for Quebec resident works in Ontario?

Hello, I am Quebec resident and works in Ontario. I cannot find the T4 - Statement of Remuneration Paid (RL-1) - QPP to file my RL-1. I selected T4 income earned outside Quebec for the T4 information but cannot find the section to fill in the RL-1.

 RL-1 is if you worked in Quebec.

*T4 and RL-1 (Relevé 1) income earned in Quebec with QPP contributions

*T4 and RL-1 (Relevé 1) income earned in Quebec with CPP contributions

*T4 income earned outside Quebec  < = = LIVE in Quebec and earned income outside of Quebec
